Project Report – Rotary Club of Chennai Hindustan The Rotary Club of Chennai Hindustan, in association with the NSS Cell of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS), organized an outreach programme at Sankara Old Age Home, Pandithamedu, on 19 July 2026. As part of the initiative, club members and NSS volunteers spent quality time interacting with the elderly residents, offering companionship and emotional support. A cleanliness drive was also conducted across the entire old age home premises to promote a clean and healthy environment. The project reflected Rotary's motto, "Service Above Self," while fostering compassion, respect, and social responsibility among the volunteers. The programme concluded successfully with the appreciation of the residents and a renewed commitment to serving the community.
